Why We Need To Change Our Mental Outlook Today!

We are never going to get anywhere in our lives

if we do not have a change in our attitudes.

Now this message does not pertain to you if you

are one of those blessed ones....you know, the

ones who are perpetually upbeat and just so

positive that they exude confidence.

But for the most part a lot of us can certainly use a

dollop of great, good positiveness in our life.

Here is a great message from one of my very long

standing friends and mentors, Zig Ziglar. He has

never ceased to inspire me to greater and greater things

in my life.

Revealed: Direction Not Intention determines Our Destination......

I would be that there is not a one of us that does not want to be financially
free and independent. Come on, who doesn't just want to ~~

• be their own boss
• work their own hours
• not commute for hours with crazy drivers
• take as many vacations as you would like

Well, if that is the case - and we want it so bad - then why do we not
have that lifestyle? I mean, come on, we want it! It is our intention to
be financially free, right?

Well if we want it so bad and it is our intention, then why do we struggle
every year with such puny little results when our intentions are so strong?

I ran across this message by Andy Stanley where he talks about a
Life Principle and that principle is this:

"Direction ~ Not Intention ~ Determines Our Destination"

Never forget that. I know that for years and years and years I wanted to

be successful at internet marketing. Yet if you had checked out my life,

my direction, you would have seen a person so caught up in purchasing 

every single shiny object or latest program out there to make me rich,

that I could not tell you how many programs I would buy each week....

Something is wrong here, wouldn't you say? I mean it does not take a

rocket scientist to figure that one out. 

I say I want to be rich, my intention is to be rich, and yet if you looked

at my direction....well, here, take a look....

So you can now see why your Direction is so much more important than

your intention. You might intend to be rich. You might intent to have that

nice house, nice car, be financially free, but if the path you are on is not

the one taking you towards your goals, it does no good.

If you have a vision for what you want to accomplish,

look for God's Provision to fulfill it.

This is not to say that everything you want to do in life will be blessed

If your dreams, if your vision comes from Him, you should never

fear coming to Him for the provision to fulfill that vision.

Honor Him and service Him and He will lift you up and provide for you.
